Ban Gas Chambers in WV Animal Shelters
The Federation of Humane Organizations of W.Va has sponsored a bill which would ban the use of carbon monoxide to euthanize animals. Please help to eliminate the prolonged and painful death of animals, who by no fault of their own, end up in West Virginia county run animal shelters.
